Revived DDevExtensions for Delphi 5-2007

I have revived the DDevExtensions 1.6 code base that was the last that supported Delphi/C++Builder 5-2007. Version 1.61 will be a bugfix release containing back-ported fixes from the DDevExtensions 1.9x code base which is for Delphi/C++Builder 2009 only. New feature will only be available in the DDevExtensions 1.9x code base. The DDevExtensions 1.6x code base is a dead end because I don’t use Delphi 5-2007 anymore. All new developments go into the DDevExtensions 1.9x code base.
